I'm not going to bash a program which can be, at times, helpful to others. But I'm not a fan of Canva. All too often, I receive printing requests from customers who have purchased an item off of Etsy that was made using Canva. And while that in and of itself isn't necessarily an issue, the problem is with the bleeds and crops. Many times they're not in the right place and that makes printing them difficult. I'd rather have customers bring me something to print with a bleed and without crops to make it easier than trying to fix the issue.
But as much as I don't really like Canva, it can be a useful tool for people who didn't go to design school and don't know the Adobe Creative Suite. I'll be the first to admit that Adobe isn't always user friendly, and it has more bells and whistles than you can imagine. Admittedly, I don't even know all the ins and outs of it but am continually learning. So Canva, while not my favorite design program, is easy to use and has a ton of graphics that are free to use, and is a good program for the non-designer.
Just leave off the crops.
